A former workshop and parking area situated in the heart of a West Sussex seaside town. With creative design and much planning the building was converted to form 4 loft style apartments. The parking area was then used to build 2 town houses. This building has some stunning features including large oval shaped windows, open plan living spaces and duplex style apartments.
