A simple but lovely flat conversion. This flat was once a 1 bedroom flat occupying the ground floor of a period building adjacent to Hove seafront. We converted the flat to form a two bedroom flat. Simply by moving the kitchen to form an open plan living space - this allowed us to create a second bedroom.
